This policy applies to all insurance services provided by ABP Consultant, including but not limited to health insurance, life insurance, vehicle insurance, and other related services.

• Eligibility for Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation of Policy: If a policyholder cancels their insurance policy within the cooling-off period (typically 15-30 days from the start date of the policy), they may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific terms of the policy.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If ABP Consultant fails to deliver the insurance service as agreed upon, the client is entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
  • Incorrect Premium Charges: In case of an overcharge or incorrect premium being debited from the client’s account, a refund of the excess amount will be processed.

• Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:

  • Services Rendered: If the insurance policy has been active and services have been rendered (such as claims processed or coverage provided), no refund will be issued.
  • Partial Payments: If only a portion of the premium has been paid, the policyholder is not eligible for a refund.
  • Policy Lapse Due to Non-Payment: If the policy has lapsed due to non-payment of premiums, the policyholder is not entitled to any refund.

• Refund Process

To request a refund, the policyholder must:

  • Contact ABP Consultant through our customer service department within the applicable refund period.
  • Provide all necessary documentation, including proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Allow ABP Consultant up to 14 business days to review the request and process the refund.

• Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. In cases where this is not possible, ABP Consultant will offer an alternative method, such as a bank transfer or credit towards future services.

• Modifications to the Policy

ABP Consultant reserves the right to modify or amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to policyholders through our official communication channels.
